Catholic Charities of Arkansas relies on income from a number of sources to run its programs. Our donors are how we are able to provide the services we offer, and there are many ways to help. The following lists several ways to support the work of Catholic Charities if you prefer to donate by mail, through your parish or in other ways. These are not listed in order of importance.

Help Refugees

Donate online to help provide housing, clothing, health care, school supplies and food to refugees from Afghanistan, Central America and around the world. Select "Refugee Resettlement" in the drop down menu under "I would like my donation to benefit the following program/ministry." You can make a one-time gift or a weekly, bimonthly or monthly donation. For more information, contact Catholic Charities of Arkansas, at (501) 664-0340.

Catholic Campaign for Human Development

The Catholic Campaign for Human Development (CCHD) is a special collection that is taken up in parishes nationwide each November on World Day of the Poor Sunday. A portion of the money taken up in Arkansas is used by Catholic Charities of Arkansas to help people who are poor, vulnerable and living on the margins. Supporting local Catholic food pantries and helping them increase their capacity to serve more people who are food insecure is a new initiative. To find out when to give to this collection in your parish, visit our Special Collection Calendar.

Disaster Relief Fund

The Diocese of Little Rock needs donations for its Disaster Relief Fund to help victims and their families on the long road to recovery following a natural disaster. Disaster relief funds are provided to the parishes as needed to meet local disaster needs, and they help fund sites brought before local long term recovery committees that are set up following a major disaster with representation from Catholic Charities of Arkansas. When donating online use the drop down menu provided to select "Disaster Response" for your donation.

The card is also inserted into an Advent issue of Arkansas Catholic allowing subscribers to contribute. Others may also receive a card or donate via credit card upon request.
