Each year, bishops in dioceses worldwide personally welcome those going through the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) process during the Rite of Election, a special service held at the beginning of Lent. The annual Women's Religious Discernment Retreat has been rescheduled for March 4-5 at St. Joseph Center in North Little Rock. It was scheduled for January but had to be cancelled because of inclement weather. Single women ages 16 to 35 who want to learn about and discern a vocation to the religious life are welcome to attend.
