Responsible for collaborating with pastors in northwest Arkansas to understand, engage and integrate young adult Catholics in faith community; must be practicing Catholic with training in theology, catechesis, religious studies or related background and have ability to work flexible, 40-hour schedule, evenings and weekends and travel throughout northwest Arkansas; experience ministering to young adults preferred
