Responsible for teaching students according to standards for Diocese of Little Rock as promulgated by Office of Catholic Schools or other accrediting body as well as adopted curriculum developed and implemented by St. Joseph School, while working to provide richest educational experience possible according to educational needs, abilities and potential of individual students; must have standard teaching license in appropriate area, grade or content area or alternative licensure program through DESE 2, bachelor’s degree from four-year accredited institution, be qualified to teach in his/her major or minor field of study, have strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with others in grade level, school or diocesan teams
