Responsible for leading the pre-K through 8th-grade school, including administrative responsibilities, planning of curriculum and ensuring the quality of instruction by the teaching staff, budget management and fiscal responsibility for the school. The school's Catholic identity is a priority for the principal, who works in conjunction with the pastor of St. Joseph Parish. Must be a practicing Catholic and have at least three years of experience in education.  A master's degree or at least working toward completion of the degree is expected.
