Responsible for overseeing maintenance and safe operation of church facilities, grounds and parish cemetery, ensuring compliance with local, state and federal fire safety regulations, codes, inspections and standards, supervising maintenance and janitorial staff, coordinating repair and maintenance schedules, maintaining records and coordinating cemetery burial services; must have five years facilities and grounds management and supervisory experience, strong mechanical maintenance knowledge and ability to perform minor maintenance tasks using hand tools and equipment, Microsoft Office proficiency, driver's license and effective communication skills; ability to speak Spanish preferred
