Cursillo weekends begin Thursday evening, end on Sunday afternoon and include talks, prayer, small group discussion, Mass and more. Advance registration is needed. For an application form, contact Nita Moix at (479) 381-9173. This weekend event is being held at St. John Catholic Center in Little Rock. The purpose of the Cursillo Movement is to provide a foundation so that one can develop a deeper understanding of what it means to be fully Catholic by being fully Christian. This is experienced through three essential encounters, the encounter with oneself, the encounter with Christ and then an encounter with others.
