Responsible for leading youth ministry team in directing parish middle school and high school programs, engaging parish youth in encounter-based ministry programs, forming and leading youth ministry volunteers, coordinating parish confirmation program, and collaborating in creation of faith formation programs for youth from kindergarten through adulthood; must be Catholic in good standing, have ability to demonstrate initiative, innovation and passion for youth ministry, skills working in collaborative environment and be timely and independent in performing key tasks; bachelor's degree with emphasis in pastoral ministry preferred; position part of faith formation department; must submit cover letter and resume to be considered
