Responsible for working collaboratively with all school staff, rigorously implementing program goals and objectives based on academic standards outlined by Diocese of Little Rock (which are aligned with Arkansas State Standards) and be willing to implement mission, vision, philosophy and goals of the school; must be knowledgeable, have planning and organizational skills, be able to use relevant technology to support instruction, evaluate student performance based on data and assessments and provide versatile learning environment to stimulate student participation and growth and have bachelor's degree with teaching license/certification in elementary education or early childhood education (preschool - fourth grade)
