Responsible for helping to lead Mount St. Mary Academy and ensure school’s mission and values are well articulated and integrated into all facets of institution and its culture; effectively implementing long-term planning that builds upon Mount St. Mary Academy’s rich history of faith, academic excellence and service and positions school for continued success.

Candidates should be practicing Catholics in good standing committed to furthering Catholic identity and Mercy values, while embracing persons of all religious faiths and diverse viewpoints; master's degree in business, education, administration or relevant field that equips candidate to manage organization for financial affordability and sustainability strongly desired.
