Responsible for ensuring DHS criteria and regulations are followed, maintaining student safety at all times, supervising students at all times, establishing and implementing positive behavior management system, planning and adapting academic programs to meet needs of all students, communicating with parents regularly, following all policies of school and church as well as other duties as assigned; must have bachelor's degree, loving and caring disposition for children, be personable, physically able to work with children in variety of settings, accept constructive criticism, willing to participate in school wide activities, exhibit responsible and accountable attitude and get along well with others; state teaching license and four years experience preferred
