Responsible for providing organ and piano music and musical leadership for weekend services, holy day Masses and special events, recruiting, training, scheduling and rehearsing choirs, ensembles, cantors and parish musicians, and assisting in planning religious services and managing music budget; must have organ and piano proficiency, understanding of liturgical music, exemplary skills to sight-read, arrange and select appropriate music, have flexibility to work Sundays, holy days and at special liturgical events with minimal supervision and strong interpersonal, decision-making and leadership capabilities to work effectively with diverse group
