Responsible for implementing content programming standards, effective classroom management strategies, planning and executing lesson plans, taking initiative to learn new strategies and completing required professional development activities; must have bachelor's degree and teaching license in middle school education or related field or working toward certification, have one to two years experience in education, responsible and accountable attitude, possess loving and caring disposition for children, leadership capabilities, personify Christian spirit and attitude, get along well with others, demonstrate good sense of humor, be prompt and able to accept constructive criticism
