Responsible for performing grounds and maintenance tasks at St. John Catholic Center, House of Formation and other diocesan locations as assigned; duties include assembling, repairing and moving furniture, setting up meeting rooms, transporting mail and recyclable material, collecting and disposing of trash and performing lawn and other minor maintenance tasks; must have driver's license, clean driving record, ability to perform physical labor and operate lawn equipment and power tools; HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry experience preferred
