Responsible for writing and carrying out lesson plans, establishing and communicating clear objectives, and planning, preparing and delivering instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences, managing student behavior in classroom by establishing and enforcing rules and procedures; must be team player and work well with school staff and others, have bachelor's degree or higher and have Arkansas certification in applicable grade level (primary, elementary or middle school); will be considered with out-of-state certification in appropriate grade level
