Responsible for managing liability and property insurance, facilities and grounds maintenance, janitor contract and equipment purchases, directing custodian and maintenance specialist, overseeing school and office IT infrastructure and preparing capital equipment budget; must be Catholic actively involved in parish with knowledge of liability and property insurance requirements, have excellent communication, computer and interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple projects and maintain confidentiality
