Responsible for directing and managing all Catholic Charities of Arkansas (CCA) programs and projects, promoting CCA's mission, work and activities, supervising CCA staff and volunteers, managing finances and fundraising, participating in legislative advocacy, serving as CCA liason with Catholic Charities USA, area churches, community agencies and government offices and being responsible for Catholic Relief Services and Catholic Campaign for Human Development at diocesan level; must be practicing Catholic with bachelor's degree, strong communication skills, working knowledge of Catholic moral and social teaching, five years of management and supervisory experience, development and grant writing background and basic computer competency
