Responsible for implementing and supervising all aspects of school’s development work, including but not limited to constituent relationships, volunteer management, branding, marketing, communication, social media, philanthropic giving and enrollment management, attracting gifts of prayer, relationship, service and financial investment while working closely with principal and school board; must be Roman Catholic committed to mission of Catholic schools, have bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience, be able to manage and honor confidential information, work cooperatively with school and parish leadership and prioritize tasks, have knowledge of donor database management software, experience fundraising, event planning and in donor/alumni relations, proven leadership ability, strong project management experience, strong written/oral communication skills and be personable, energetic and welcoming; some evening and limited weekend work required
