Responsible for student programming, spiritual direction, discipleship, faith formation, leadership, spiritual formation, communication, budget management and hospitality; must be Catholic in good standing with dedication to mission of Church, have 2 to 5 years of demonstrated experience working in ministry-related field, time management, organizational and administrative skills, team orientation, proficiency in social media and relational expertise; master's degree in theology or ministry preferred; schedule flexible and includes evenings, weekends, including Sundays
