Responsible for preparing food and serving trays, operating kitchen equipment, restocking food service supplies and products, assisting to receive, store and inventory supplies and food, recording food temperatures at regular intervals during storage, heating and serving, cleaning and sanitizing kitchen, utensils, trays, serving areas and kitchen equipment, sweeping and mopping floors, managing food production station and performing other duties as assigned; must have high school diploma or equivalent with experience in cafeteria or similar food service environment preferred
