Responsible for collaborating with pastor and principal to ensure school mission and goals align with Church teaching, supporting principal in daily operations including budgeting, student and staff supervision, mentoring teaching staff and substitute teaching as needed, assisting in writing, evaluating and implementing curriculum; developing fellowship and fundraising initiatives including preparing grant requests, collaborating with leadership on school building expansion and student recruitment and actively supporting church projects; must be Catholic in good standing, have three years education administration or teaching experience, excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse team, be fluent in English and Spanish; master's degree in education or related field preferred;  bachelor's degree and additional certifications and training considered
