Responsible for being welcoming & courteous as the first point of contact for students, parents, guests and/or vendors, answering phones (overnight, morning calls and/or texts from faculty/staff, managing records, assisting principal when needed, coordinating communications and maintaining daily office operations (attendance, lunch counts and medicine. Must have at least two years of office administration experience, strong customer service and communication skills, a love for children, attention to detail, punctuality and commitment to Catholic education. A bachelor's degree, experience in a school setting and being bilingual (English and Spanish) are preferred.
