Responsible for following St. Joseph School policies and procedures, planning and delivering lessons consistent with school curriculum, using instructional strategies to accommodate different learning styles and student needs, remaining informed about standard changes and education trends, integrating appropriate classroom technology and assessing and recording student progress and behavior; must have standard teaching license in appropriate area, grade or content area, bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited university, qualifications to teach in major or minor field of study, acceptance into an alternative licensure program through DESE, strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in grade level with peers and diocesan teams
