Responsible for working collaboratively with pastor, staff and student leadership to coordinate and facilitate Catholic campus ministry, which includes participating in faith formation initiatives and catechesis, overseeing external communications, managing budget and ongoing finances with finance team, and establishing St. Thomas as hub for Catholics on campus and welcoming space through evangelization and outreach; must have experience in leadership development and training of young people, proficiency with social media and communication practices, dedication to mission of Church, be able to defend teachings of Church and practicing Roman Catholic in good standing; master’s degree in theology or ministry and/or 2-5 years experience working in ministry-related field preferred; flexible schedule that requires evening and weekend hours, including Sundays
