Responsible for following all St. Joseph School policies and procedures, planning, preparing and delivering lessons consistent with and aligned with school curricula, deploying instructional strategies to meet different learning styles and specific needs of students, following changes in standards, curriculum and trends in education, integrating appropriate student use of technology and assessing, recording and reporting students' development, progress, attainment and behavior; must have standard teaching license in the appropriate area, grade or content area, bachelor’s degree from four-year accredited institution of higher education and be qualified to teach in major or minor field of study, accepted into an alternative licensure program through DESE 2, have strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in grade level, school and diocesan teams
