The Diocese of Little Rock will hold a memorial Mass for Vincentian Father Louis J. Franz in Morris Hall Chapel at St. John Catholic Center in Little Rock at noon, Wednesday, Sept. 5. He died July 11 from cancer at the age of 86. Father Louis served as a pastor at St. Justin Church in Star City and co-director of prison ministry for the Diocese of Little Rock. He continued his work for Arkansas inmates until his death. The public is welcome to attend and a light lunch will follow.
