This retreat is for anyone interested in deepening their centering prayer practice. Centering prayer is a way of bringing to consciousness the unconscious "emotional wounds of a lifetime," according to Thomas Keating, and enabling these stumbling blocks to become cornerstones for the true self. The retreat will include video and audio teachings from Thomas Keating, Richard Rohr, Cynthia Bourgeault and others. The retreat will be in silence after the opening circle on Thursday night until lunch on Sunday.
