The Knights of Columbus Council 812 will be having a cake contest in conjunction with its Spaghetti and Sausage Dinner. Homemade cakes must be delivered April 23 between 9-10 a.m. to the St. John Dining Hall in Little Rock. One free lunch ticket will be given to the baker of each cake. Cakes will be judged on overall appearance, taste and texture and creativity. The winner will be announced at 1 p.m. Prizes will be given to top three contestants.
