Bishop Anthony B. Taylor will celebrate Mass at 10 a.m. on All Soul's Day at Calvary Cemetery in Hot Springs, located at Third and Greenwood Sts.. Following the Mass, he will bless and dedicate the new expansion to the cemetery that includes burial plots, a columbarium and a rosary prayer garden.
