Responsibile for developing and implementing comprehensive youth ministry for sixth - eighth and ninth - 12th grades to include: recruiting and training catechists, small group leaders and core team members, planning and implementing programming, developing and maintaining budget, creating, maintaining and updating website and social media and ensuring safe environment training curriculum is taught and properly implemented; must have college diploma or equivalent work experience, strong leadership, computer and interpersonal skills, energetic and charismatic personality, ability to manage and recruit volunteers, enthusiasm for working with youth and passion for evangelization and discipleship
