Accounts Payable/Receivable Coordinator

20-25 hours; pay with benefits

Responsible for supporting business manager and controller with duties that include recording student charges, preparing and recording deposits, maintaining electronic files, entering accounts payable bills and credit card charges in accounts payable module, answering vendor inquiries, assisting with documents required for annual audits, interacting with departments, constituents, parents and vendors and participating in school functions; must have bachelor's degree in business, five years of related experience, ability to organize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously with close attention to detail, skills to prioritize, excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills, strong computer skills including experience with databases, social medical, web, spreadsheets, Google, Microsoft Excel and Adobe Acrobat and ability to maintain confidentiality
